Commercial sugar goes through heavy chemical processing and bleaching, stripping away all its natural nutrients. At DeshiHai, we have gone back to our roots. Our sugarcane is sourced from pristine organic farms and crushed freshly.
The juice is then slowly boiled in traditional large iron vessels (Kadhai) over a wood fire. This ancient, slow-cooking process not only retains the dark, rich caramel flavor but also infuses the jaggery with natural iron, making it a true Ayurvedic superfood.
